Kevin
Provenzano, Chef Di Cucina, has been cooking
since his teens when he and his sisters prepared
dinner for their family. Kendall College School
of Culinary Arts gave Kevin the grounding for his
love of food, which has taken him to eateries all
over the Midwest, including Whole Foods in Evanston,
Kohler’s American Club, D&J Bistro, and
the Wyndham Hotel’s Caliterra. Mentored by
noted chefs John Coletta and Rick Gresh, Kevin
came to Carlucci in 2003, and has come into his
own as a skilled gourmet, assisting Luigi create
new dishes and refining them to flawless taste
and presentation. |
